Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup Instructions
Step 1: Answer Security Questions
To help secure your account, you need to set up security questions. These questions will be used to verify your identity if you need to reset your Authenticator.
  • Choose and answer three security questions from the provided list.
  • Make sure to remember your answers, as they will be required for identity verification.
Note: Ensure that your answers are memorable and known only to you, to maintain the security of your account.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code with the Authenticator App
After answering the security questions, you will need to scan a QR code to link your account with the Authenticator app.
  • Open your preferred Authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) on your mobile device.
  • Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
  • Once scanned, your account will be linked, and the Authenticator app will display a one-time password (OTP) code.
